EQUINOX AND SOLSTICE ALLIGNMENT

The next equinox is approaching. It is one of those moments of the year that spiritually more active or awoken persons get nervous and reserve the date in their agenda to dedicate to growth. But why do they do that? And why do you want to consider that too? 

For myself, it took a few years, before I even started to consider the existence of the equinox and solstice as an empowering moment. In the course of my "energy journey" and "empowering the natural positive evolution" path, they popped up. I dived in a bit deeper into the topic and meaning (you can watch this short youtube from a few years back where I started to be aware). 

Summarizing this in a few personal words: AT THE EQUINOX AND THE SOLSTICE THERE IS RELATIVE INNER STILL-NESS. There is not so much interference as in other periods of the year. It is the natural state of the earth that is more in its natural inner peace. That is the kind of stage you and I pretend to reach within meditation. 


At the solstices and equinoxes you have easier access to the stillness, the state without time and space, and the state from which you can allow natural growth and creation.  

As you may have experienced, when you are in your inner peace or stillness in the meditations, you have less interference (less limiting thoughts) with the natural - actually positive - processes. This is also the state from which you can easier connect to whatever it is that you´d like to manifest or experience in your life. Well, during the solstices and equinoxes, the stillness in the earth also facilitates this state.

It is a period in which you can easier stop time and movements, disconnect from the reality that is created around you, and at the same time dive into the stillness and the huge space in which you can create what you prefer. THE PERFECT MOMENT TO LAUNCH YOUR ROCKETS -AS ESTHER & ABRAHAM HICKS WOULD SAY.

2. DIVE INTO THE FIRST TOPIC/IMAGE/THOUGHT YOU GET WHEN YOU GET OUT OF MEDITATION

4. CONNECT WITH  A POSITIVE, FUTURE STATE (pick the future that far away that you can imagine it may be a reality), CONNECT WHILE TAPPING

5. DIVE INTO YOUR POSITIVE FUTURE SELF (WHILE TAPPING) AND ENJOY WITH ALL YOUR SENSES
